To assist new clients in selecting and designing property to suit their specific needs, an industry specific Building Menu is used. This user friendly menu is assessed and designed to suit specific industries and applications.
Example for “General Industrial” zoning:

- Extra high hazard ESFR sprinkler system
- All buildings have a minimum truss height of 9.5 metres
- Dust sealed concrete floors
- Levelled floors for robotic stock picking
- Perimeter chain mesh fencing
