Sheldon joined the Coxon Group of Companies in 1990 and has been enthusiastically supporting the reshape of the company profile, whilst continuing to benefit the clients and to create and retain value in all of their property dealings, by marrying up-to-date intelligence with the company's expertise and experience.
Sheldon brings an innovative perspective and vitality to the company, including a passion for improvement of design services, process and up-to-date technologies, and enabling the company to be progressive and dynamic. His focus on project management and negotiation of all transactions has lead him to become an important element the company; diligently developing and expanding the business.
Under Sheldon's direction the Coxon Group of Companies secured the tender to construct the custom designed Centrelink State Archives Building. The project stands as a testament to his ability to successfully manage and deliver with the parameters of this particularly specialised project.
