Peter Coxon

Peter Coxon has established a benchmark of integrity and a history of performance in Perth's industrial property development industry. Leaving a career with the National Bank in commercial banking in 1971, Peter started the first developments with land from ILDA (Industrial Land Development Authority). The ensuing developments in Mackay and Bradford St, Kewdale, Western Australia to this day remain under the ownership and management of Peter Coxon and joint venture partners.

Peter's extensive and notable career as Company Director and property developer has been the result of a very successful private portfolio, astute business acumen and personable manner.

Peter was recognized as an ‘Associate Fellow’ of the Australian Institute of Management in December 1985 and a ‘Foundation Fellow’ of The Institute of Company Directors in January 1990.

Most recently, Peter received the Local Chambers Business Person for 2006 award and continues to direct the future of one of Perth’s most highly-regarded and professional commercial and industrial property companies – the Coxon Group.
