While realising the benefits of good design, Coxon Group understands how important it is to keep processes simple, building options open and their clients satisfied.  To assist new clients in selecting and designing property to suit their specific needs, an industry specific Building Menu is used.  This user friendly menu is assessed and designed to suit specific industries and applications.

Example for “General Industrial” zoning:

  • Extra high hazard ESFR sprinkler system
  • All buildings have a minimum truss height of 9.5 metres
  • Dust sealed concrete floors
  • Levelled floors for robotic stock picking
  • Perimeter chain mesh fencing
  • B-double and semi trailer access
  • Generous loading and hardstand areas
  • Sunken loading docks, dock levellers, and forklift ramps can be provided
  • Sole use transformers
  • Extra wide electrified roller shutters
  • Temperature controlled environments can be provided
  • Large capacity gantry cranes
