This user friendly menu is assessed and designed to suit specific industries and applications.
Example for “General Industrial” zoning:

- Extra high hazard ESFR sprinkler system
- All buildings have a minimum truss height of 9.5 metres
- Dust sealed concrete floors
- Levelled floors for robotic stock picking
- Perimeter chain mesh fencing
- B-double and semi trailer access
- Generous loading and hardstand areas
- Sunken loading docks, dock levellers, and forklift ramps can be provided
- Sole use transformers
- Extra wide electrified roller shutters
- Temperature controlled environments can be provided
- Large capacity gantry cranes
